I’m simply blown away. Blown away by the response, outpouring of love, and support from my friends + colleagues + family. One of my goals in starting this blog was to share my life experiences (good, bad and pure ugly), and in that, creating community and support for those that may need it. Little did I know that I would also get this support! How amazing?! I’m truly grateful for each of YOU that swings by my digital pages. Thank you for reading, thank you for sharing, and thank you for being in my life in such a cool way.

I hope that in sharing my stories, that you may challenge yourself to be a little more honest and maybe a little more willing to share your heart. And OMG, you don’t have to be crazy like me and share it on the internet, but share it with your partner or your bestie. We are never alone in our circumstances or struggles. You are never alone. Talking, asking for help, or just reaching out to a trusted friend can do wonders in your day and life. We are not meant to internalize and carry our burdens. We can let them go, we can release them, we can be a lighter, we can be free. Gosh, how I’ve learned this over and over again?!

To my close circle, my prayer warriors, my family: I love you so much. Thank you for your texts, calls, marco polos, messages and for not giving up on me while I was in my hole.
